Nurses are always there to help others in need. But, who helps nurses when they are in need or fall on hard times? In 2007, I first learned about Nurses House when I joined the staff at the Center for Nursing in Guilderland, NY. Learning what Nurses House stands for, hearing the stories of nurses in need - especially when they had no where else to turn - and hearing the heartfelt thanks expressed when help through Nurses House grants arrived touched my heart. Thankfully, I have never been in a position of financial desperation. I therefore want to pay my blessings forward to help my brother and sister nurses. Won't you join me on my "walk" to pay my blessings forward? If you are able, would you consider supporting me in this effort? All the monies donated go directly to helping nurses in need!
