For Valentine's Day make a donation to Nurses House to honor a nurse who has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Simply click on "dedicate this gift" and then "send e-card" during checkout. Their name will be added to our "2022 Wall of Nurse Honorees" and two of the nurses will be selected to receive a Nurses House swag bag full of goodies! All donations go directly to nurses in need throughout US to help with housing and medical expenses.
Thank you for your donation to the Nurses House holiday fund. All donations will go to nurses affected by COVID-19 and other serious illness or injury who are unable to afford their basic expenses through our grant program. The Board of Directors and nurses we serve are grateful for your support which gives nurses hope during a difficult time.
The 2021 Dolphin Award Ceremony honoring David Theobald, MS, RN, CSP, will take place on Friday October 15th from 6:30-9pm at the Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs. Tickets are $100pp and include 3 course dinner and 2 hour open bar plus donation to Nurses House. Prize raffles at the event will also benefit Nurses House. Sponsorships are available for $250 (Individual), $750 (Group) or $1500 (Corporate). If you are unable to attend, we hope you will make a donation to Nurses House in David's honor. Join us at the ANA-NY Annual Meeting in Long Island on Saturday October 30th for a healthy nurse walk to raise funds for RNs in need. Raise $25 or more and receive a free t-shirt on the morning of the walk. Make sure to set your personal fundraising goal high because the top three fundraisers (top three amounts raised) will receive a prize!!Simply register online here by clicking "Participate." Once you register you will receive a unique link to share with your friends, family and colleagues via email and social media. Then simply collect donations between now and October 30th and bring the form and donations with you to the walk.All participants are asked to meet us in the lobby of the Hilton at 7:15am. The KAPPA Chapter of SIGMA is sponsoring a virtual event for Senior nursing students and recent nursing graduates to meet with inspirational and speciality nursing leaders. This will be an evening for nurses to share lessons learned, experiences, and wisdom. KAPPA Chapter would like to dedicate this evening to Nurses House and the tremendous support the charity has provided to nurses in need throughout the years.
