I'VE FINALLY FOUND A GREATER REASON TO RUN.........On April 19th I will be running the More Womans Half Marathon in Central Park. I have participated in many Marathons, Triathlons and Ironman events in my life, for no real reason. I have finally found a great reason to run while supporting a worthy cause thats worth the effort. Please join me in supporting the Nurses House. Lets take care of the Nurses who dedicate their life to taking care of others. Please donate any amount you can, but how about a buck a mile? Thank You. In Support of Nurses House, Inc
Nurses House is the only national organization offering assistance to RN's who are struggling due to their health and financial situation. Nurses House is run by nurses and funded by donations from nurses and the nursing community. Assistance is rendered to those who qualify on a short term basis to help with basic necessary expenses such as rent or mortgage payments and medical needs. The service is a vehicle for nurses to give and receive help from their fellow colleagues and is truly "nurses helping nurses."
